Following a successful showcase at the Perth Games Festival, local studio 42 Bytes continue to test survival skills in their mobile beta for Last DriverZ. If you have an Android device, you too could be running down zombies, seeking out supplies, and upgrading a wide range of weaponry right now (not to mention playtesting a yet-to-be-released game).
Dive into the post-apocalyptic world of the DriverZ trying to make your way through beat up streets, threading through wreckages, running over zombies, and pillaging old warehouses and general stores trying to upgrade your vehicles and recruit more people for your group of survivors!

A game where players control snakes around a board gaining size from eating power ups — but where larger snakes become more powerful and harder to control with small snakes more versatile!
Monte Carlo, by Darren Broad
A casino-themed card game for 2-5 players. Play cards in a common area & place chips to manipulate their values to achieve your goals and win money.

Never been to one of FTI’s Playup Perth event at SK Games? Or have you been to a Playup before and enjoyed your time? Yes it’s the end of an era, with SK Games hosting its final Playup Perth next month (but fear not, more details on Playup Perth’s new location below!).

This month the Playup Perth love has been spread across the country and over the seas in what will be the very first Interstate Arcade Edition! Thanks to FTI,SK Games and The Interstate Game Exchange (an initiative which helps developers showcase their games at meetups across the country) you have the opportunity to try your hand at games made by local, interstate and international devs.
This weekend Perth is readying for the second annual Internet Cat Video Festival, which is set to feature 65 minutes of internationally curated clips of cute cats. You can also look forward to performances, dress-ups and best of all, a kitty-focused local game.
Nekograms is a pleasant puzzle game in development by local studio Hungry Sky, which tasks you with helping an assortment of adorable cats get to sleep. If you missed the chance to get your paws on it at the Perth Games Festival, then this is the purrfect opportunity to playtest it! (sorry, we couldn’t resist)
