Escape the rat squirrel race and seek adventure, as the pencil-pushing rodent Rodrigo in the latest game from Bart Borkowski. Filled with collectable coins, special stars, and whirling saws of death, this game may seem cute but it’s quite a challenge for an average squirrel.

A retro-style platformer where you play as Rodrigo, a late 20-something corporate-squirrel yearning to break away from his bleak life of pushing paper for a taste of action and adventure. Will he go all the way, or will he slip and fall to the fate of the cruel, cruel world? That depends on your skills, if you have any… So put them to the test!

Rodrigo is out now for free via Google Play or Itch.io, so scurry on over if you too are ready to break out of your corporate cage and run free with the wilder-squirrels.

In front of it sits a large plate of fruits. Behind the fruit sits a sloth, facing forward, it's arms stretched towards the food. On the top right, a toucan sits on a branch with wings outstretched.

Escape the urban jungle with a simple tap of the button in Sloth Climb, the latest from local studio Zloph. Featuring an adorable Sloth in need of assistance, it’s a surprisingly quick game considering the speed of its endangered protagonist.

A little sloth was doing his business on the ground one day but all of a sudden, a growl from an approaching carnivore was heard. Now with your power of the ‘TAP’ you will help the young sloth climb. The little sloth must continually climb while avoiding the mindless birds that get in its way and might as well collect a few stars and fruit that the sloth passes by, can never have too many stars and fruit in one’s journey.  Climb to new heights to avoid the pursuit of the very hungry beast and reclaim the iron throne of the biggest scores among all the sloths.

Sloth Climb is available with a free Android version, free iOS version, and Pro (paid, add-free) versions on Android, and Windows phone. See below for a look at the gameplay, or you can check out the main website for more info.

Animation of Sloth Climb gameplay. A jungle scene, with a sloth hanging on a tree trunk at the left. An arrow rotates above it showing which direction it will jump. Tapping the screen makes the sloth jumps to the right tree, and the arrow appears again. As the sloth jumps back and forth climbing higher up the trees, it collects stars and points. A miss-timed jump has the sloth go too high and miss the tree, it falls and the animation restarts.
